• Greet walk-in customers, bag/box their baked goods, and process customer purchase transactions on the cash register.
• Answers phone calls in reference to cake inquiries.
• Day-to-day activities of both positions include 

Opening: 

-placing freshly baked goods on display shelves

-re-filling and taking care of dry and cool storefront display cases

-making coffee, preparing, and maintaining self-service coffee counter

-sustaining general cleanliness of the shop and following basic food handling safety procedures.

Closing: 

-cleaning counter surfaces and display case

-removing and replacing trash bag bins

-sweeping and mopping floors

-clearing leftover baked goods from front to back of house

• Saturdays are MANDATORY 
• MUST have transportation to and from work.
• This position reports directly to the business owner.
