We recommend booking 4+ weeks in advance. If it is under the 4-week mark, please free feel to still inquire or even give us a call.

Our facility is not allergen-free; therefore, we can’t guarantee against an allergic reaction.  All our cakes are produced in a shared environment with milk, wheat, nuts and soy.

We also do not currently offer any gluten-free options.

If canceled at least 5 days in advance we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 6 months from that date.

If the order is canceled after the 5 days, any payment made on your order is non-refundable and non-transferable.

We accept all major credit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay

All invoice payments are processed using QuickBooks.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your event date. Please note your date/order is not locked in until we receive a deposit.

For custom cake orders at 5 miles and under; the delivery is free. Anything over 5 miles, please see below.

• 11-24 Miles $50.00
• 25-50 Miles $70.00
• 51-100 Miles $200.00

Please note that any Sunday delivery or after-hours delivery is an additional cost of $30.00
